The 'Orange is the New Black' actress fronts the spring campaign for denim company Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren, and spoke about her own unique sense of style while discussing the collection.

She said: "I have a very eclectic style - for me, it's about how I feel in that moment and what's going to make me comfortable and happy and bring out whatever I'm feeling internally and externally.

"Because fashion essentially is art, and as an artist and someone who is also a musician and an artist in regards to drawing and painting, anything I can do that expresses my feelings is something I'm really drawn to. So [my style] changes a lot, but generally it is on the rocky, androgynous, chic side."

In the campaign, Ruby shows off her incredible figure in a pair of cutoff denim shorts as she poses alongside model Hailey Baldwin.

Ruby has become known for her lithe figure and flawless complexion, which she credits to her parents.

She added to People Style: "I don't smoke cigarettes, I don't drink alcohol and even just recently I cut out coffee and I eat really organic. But that's just what works for me. I also believe a lot of [how your skin looks] has to do with genetics. My mom has really great skin, my dad has really good skin. I don't feel like I have to do a lot of work in regards to that."

Her collection of tattoos has also seen Ruby garner a lot of press, and the actress admits her inkings represent her evolving in life.

She said: "My body is a canvas and it's like I have a journal from [when I was] 16 to now, and I can trace a timeline of my life from where I've been - the ups and the downs, the trials and tribulations and all that I've overcome to get to where I am today - by looking at this map on my body."
