Rosamund Pike has designed a capsule handbag collection for L.K. Bennett.
The British actress - best known for playing a Bond girl in 'Die Another Day' - has created three different style bags in six different colours for the high street brand as part of the Rosamund Bag Collection.
She told Vogue.co.uk: "I feel incredibly nervous about it. It's something that I've created and I've put my taste on show, my preferences. I've put a lot of thought into it.
"I wanted to give people who can't afford designer bags a taste of that quality for half the price, but still maintain a high level of luxury."
The 34-year-old star - who has also returned as the face of L.K. Bennett for autumn/winter 2013 - found the design process fascinating and claims her experience behind the camera helped her get the proportions right.
Rosamund said: "The process has been so rewarding. I'm fully aware that people train for years to do this and it must be unbelievably irritating when someone like me comes along and designs a collection.
"I know that I could never do this on my own. I do have an eye for detail though and I do care for proportion. Acting has taught me that - I have to look at myself in 3D at all times. It's given me an eye for shape and aesthetic."
Prices start from £350 for the small Rosie bag, while the bigger Rosa and the Rosamund styles cost £425.
The Rosamund Bag Collection goes on sale on July 17 both in the UK and internationally.
