Reese Witherspoon's fashion and home range Draper James has opened its first store in Nashville.
The 'Wild' star launched the venture online in May but extended the brand to the high street and couldn't think of anywhere better than her hometown to have the first store.
Reese told WWD: "I grew up in Nashville and it's been such a direct inspiration for the brand. It just felt like the right place for our flagship."
The 3,000 square foot store will sell products covered in the brand's signature white-and-blue stripes and polka dots pattern which reflects it's "southern home, rooted in tradition" concept.
Draper James chief executive officer Andrea Hyde explained: "There's a lot of shared references. We have a genuine story and such a large megaphone. Reese is a world-class storyteller. To bring this all to one place and tell the story in one building is wonderful."
Meanwhile, the women have big plans to expand on the already successful product and Reese's pull factor.
Andrea continued: "We'll open one to two stores a year for the next five years ... Reese has such a wide reach. Customers have asked for bridal, shoes and swimwear. We're only 21 weeks old. It will all come in time."
