Pixie Lott "never" used to work out.
The 25-year-old singer and songwriter has admitted she used to completely avoid exercising, but has recently changed her ways and embarked on a new fitness class, which focuses on weight training, in a bid to become "a strong woman" and boast a toned physique.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, the blonde beauty said: "I never used to work out but I've started this new gym class round the corner [from where I live] and it involves weights. I go three times a week. It's not about losing weight but to be strong and being a strong woman."
And Pixie has even taken to social media to share her workouts at Roar Fitness with her 439,000 followers.
Alongside a photo of her hanging on to a bar, which she posted to her Instagram account, she wrote: "Abs bunniez jus hangin owt... @roarfitnessldn @roarfitnessgirl #flexfriday (sic)."
And the 'Mama Do' hitmaker - who was runner up on the twelfth series of the popular BBC show 'Strictly Come Dancing' in 2014 - has revealed although she has promised herself she would "never say never" to doing something, she has vowed to "never" appear on another reality television show and is eager to focus on her music career.
She explained: "I always say never say never but I would never do another reality TV show. I always wanted to do 'strictly' and that's it for TV."
Meanwhile Pixie has revealed she takes much of her fashion inspiration from the 1960s and some of the icons who emerged from that decade.
Speaking previously, she explained: "I think my favourite era will always be the 1960s. It can be quirky, fun and sexy, but also classic and beautiful.
"I love Brigitte Bardot, Edie Sedgwick, Marilyn Monroe ... I love Audrey Hepburn as well. So I like to keep it contemporary but inspired by different eras."
