Olivia Culpo has credited Victoria Beckham as an "inspiring" woman.

The 24-year-old model has taken to social media to praise the 42-year-old fashion designer for being able to balance her successful career and fashion houses with her family life, and she has described the fashion mogul as a "Girl Boss".
Speaking about Victoria - who has Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 12, and five-year-old daughter Harper with her husband David Beckham - in a post on her Instagram account, Olivia, who is pictured wearing a smart tailored two piece co-ord, said: "So excited that @VictoriaBeckham for @Target launches April 9th. I've always found Victoria so inspiring because of the way she balances a family life with her career. She's the ultimate #GIRLBOSS in my opinion (sic)."
And the 'The Other woman' actress "can't wait" for the former Spice Girls band member - who was known as Posh Spice when she was in the iconic girl group - to launch her womenswear and childrenswear collections for Target this month, because she loves the floral prints.
Olivia continued: "and I'm absolutely loving these florals for Spring!!!!!! Can't wait to see this collection in Target #VBxTarget #ad (sic)."
Meanwhile Olivia has revealed her "goal of the day" is to undergo a gruelling workout in a bid to burn off the sweet treats she indulged in on a recent trip to Las Vegas over the weekend.
Alongside a video of her in a boxing class, which she posted on her photo-sharing site, she wrote: "Goal of the day: work off all ice cream and vegas shenanigans from this weekend @heartandhustlegym @lndr (sic)."
The American star's urgency to get back into shape comes after she uploaded a picture of her with an overloaded ice-cream milkshake during her vacation.
Speaking previously about the decadent feast, she said: "An extra large s'mores shake because in Vegas you have to eat like an absolute pig at least once (sic)."
