Naomi Campbell has "softened a lot over the years".
The Brit-born supermodel - who became known for her hot temper following numerous assault charges throughout her career - claims to be a nicer person now she is more mature.
The 44-year-old beauty told the Daily Star newspaper: "I've softened a lot over the years.
"The people who know me know what I'm about."
The star was last convicted in 2008 when she pleaded guilty to spitting in a police officer's face at London's Heathrow Airport after an argument about her lost luggage, which resulted in a hefty fine and 200 hours of community service.
Nowadays, Naomi insists she is more laid back and easy-going, something she says has happened with age.
She said: "I don't take myself that seriously. You have to be happy and have a positive mindset."
The fashion icon recently decided to sell a number of her designer garments to raise vital funds for the appeal to stop the deadly Ebola virus sweeping through West Africa.
The world-renowned model will set up a pop-up shop in Westfield shopping centre in London for one week beginning on Friday (28.11.14), flogging her own items of clothing for charity as well as those belonging to her famous friends, including Kate Moss.
She added: "Finding a cure for Ebola is in everyone's interest."
