The 24-year-old Austrian beauty - who has been confirmed to walk in the prestigious Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York City later this year - has been working out with the celebrity personal trainer for two years and using his app to get the best results from her gym workouts and she admits the female focused routines have totally altered her approach to fitness.

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar UK, Nadine said: "I've been working out with Stephen for two years now and I'm currently preparing for the VS show so I'm doing this twice a day. For me it changed my body completely because it doesn't bulk you - it gives you amazing lines and it's a very 'female workout', so I really like it."

Stephen - who is based in New York - created P.volve to provide women with workouts designed to sculpt hard-to-target areas, and P.volve has also been used by fellow Victoria's Secret models Devon Windsor and Romee Strijd and Dolce & Gabbana catwalk star Blanca Padilla.

Nadine will be sharing her workout tips and gym routines on her Instagram account under the hashtag #trainlikeanangel in the build-up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Speaking to her 465,000 followers on Instagram, Nadia posted a picture of her posing alongside Stephen with the caption: "@pvolve changed my body and is one of my favourite workouts ever. Especially last year for the Vs show and now that round two is coming up its time to push myself even more. #trainlikeanangel #vsfs2018 @victoriasport (sic)"

P.volve's online tutorials have over 75 workouts which can be refined by a specific body type, duration and available equipment because Stephen has created specific training accessories that work alongside his app to get the best results.

Nadia wrote on her social media: "Little mix of my favorite workouts this month there's nothing like feeling your body getting stronger. Working out helps me to focus and deal with stressful situations. But also releases endorphins and keeps me happy @victoriasport @pvolve @meganroup @fitlifebymo @tracyandersonmethod @george__veness (sic)"
