Kayne West has had a clear influence on Kim Kardashian's style
We've either seen or heard about the episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, when Kanye West went into Kim's wardrobe and told her to bin everything.
Well, as crazy as it may have seemed, new research has found that more and more men are influencing what their partner's wear.
But whilst you may think they're being helpful and providing stylish advice, the majority stated that the reason they done this was so that other men wouldn't look at her.
The survey, from myvouchercodes.co.uk, found that 51% of males had admitted to influence what their partner dresses in.
Mark Pearson, Chairman of MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, had the following to say about the findings:
“We thought it would be interesting to ask men whether or not they give their partner fashion advice. The twist to the survey was whether or not men gave advice because they truly cared about how their partner looked or if they used it as a form of control. What was shocking about the results was how many men admitted that they tried to control their partner’s dress sense all because they were not comfortable with the idea of other men looking at their partner.
“If you are with someone, you should accept them completely, and this includes their personal fashion style and choices. If your partner wants to go out with her friends, then you should let her dress how she wants!”
