Megan Fox has been announced as the new brand ambassador for Frederick's of Hollywood.
The 30-year-old actress has been confirmed as the creative partner, stakeholder and new face of the lingerie brand on Wednesday (21.09.16), although the brunette beauty has admitted she has been reluctant to partner with a designer company before because of the politics involved and in fear of tarring her name.
Speaking to WWD about her latest fashion venture, the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of the Shadows' star said: "I've been reluctant in the past to work with brands because there's a lot of politics behind it and it's a big deal to lend your name and image to something."
However the star - who has sons Noah, three, two-year-old Bodhi and seven-week-old Journey with Brian Austin Green - accepted the title because she will be involved with creative decisions first hand and have more of an input in the designs.
She explained: "But by offering me ownership in the company and some creative say, it gives me an opportunity to be passionate about what I'm promoting."
Megan - who has previously fronted campaigns for luxury designer brands including Armani Jeans, Emporio Armani Underwear and Avon - is set to create a collection for the fashion house, which will be unveiled next year and will see her star in the Spring/Summer 2017 campaign.
And Megan has been credited as a "global superstar" and the ideal person to front the campaign because of her "sexiness".
Speaking about their latest recruit ABG president and chief marketing officer, Nick Woodhouse, said: "Megan is a global superstar. She does a great job of exuding sexiness without being overt, but she also has strong views on business and fashion.
"We thought we should bring her on as a true partner so it's not just a transactional relationship. This is a long-term play."
