London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 got going today and promises to showcase yet another season of fab British fashion.
The event will see fashion's top names fly in from around the globe to help London celebrate it's 25th anniversary of hosting one of the seaon's top fashion weeks.
The week kicked off, as always, with classic womenswear designer Paul Costelloe who opened proceedings this morning. His show was followed by Headonism, a British Fashion Council initiative curated by Stephen Jones, celebrating the new wave of emerging London milliners.
Things are now in full swing with top names including Caroline Charles, Bora Asku and Sass and Bide due to show this afternoon.
The pace is set to pick up even more over the weekend with British icons including the great Dame Vivienne Westwood, Matthew Williamson and Jullien Macdonald hitting the catwalk hitting the catwalk on Sunday.
Monday is even better with goregous girly-ness from Luella and the usual controversy and edginess from the likes of Meadham Kirchhoff, Henry Holland and LFW fave Christipher Kane.
The womenswear shows are wrapped up by classic Burberry Prossum on Tuesday night to make way for the menswear shows on Wednesday.
