Little Mix help each other deal with their insecurities.
The 'Black Magic' hitmakers have all lacked confidence at some point in their lives when it comes to physical appearance but, when they do have a down day, they try to get over those paranoid thoughts by leaning on one another.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 24, explained: "I think we're all happy with ourselves. We help each other to be confident. We have our insecurities but we deal with them better now."
Jesy Nelson, 24, believes social networking sites are to blame for the majority of most girls critiquing themselves because they paint a obscured picture of perfection.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "The best advice we've been given is to not care what anybody else thinks, just be you. Try not to get caught up in looking perfect because nobody's perfect, regardless of what you see on Instagram.
"That's probably not what the picture looked like before. We don't know many people that put pictures on social media and keep it as what it is. It's not real life and that's not what people look like. We think you just have to learn to love yourself and embrace yourself because there is only one you. It's OK to be yourself and be different."
