Lily Aldridge is working out "twice a day" ahead of this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
The 29-year-old model, who has been chosen to wear the $2 million fantasy bra at the event, has thrown herself head-first into her training in order to be in the best shape she can possibly be for the glamorous extravaganza next month.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, she said: "[I'm] eating healthy. Lots of roast chicken and vegetables, eating clean. I mostly cook my own food so I know everything that's going into it. And I do a lot of Ballet Beautiful. I usually do two workouts a day leading up to the show."
Asked how she manages to fit in her workouts, she added: "I do an hour in the morning, and thirty minutes in the afternoon. Or, I'll switch it around. I'll do 30 minutes of cardio, and then do [Ballet Beautiful] for an hour."
However, the brunette beauty - who has been a Victoria's Secret Angel since 2010 - is not trying to lose weight with her vigorous exercise regime but just get healthier.
She explained: "I work out year round anyway because I work for Victoria's Secret. And I'm an active person anyway."
Lily - who has three-year-old daughter Dixie - recently announced she's been plucked to model the special lingerie set, made from 6,500 precious gemstones by the jeweller Swiss Mouawad, at this year's upcoming event.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will take place on December 8 in New York City.
