Lady Gaga walked at Marc Jacobs' New York Fashion Week show yesterday (18.02.16).
The 'Poker Face' singer - who had donned a custom creation by the designer for the Grammy Awards earlier this week - went down the runway at Park Avenue Armory in an oversized coat with fur sleeves teamed with gothic make-up and platform boots, though even her high heels couldn't hide the fact she was considerably shorter than the other models, which included Kendall Jenner.
Despite her superstar status, WWD reports Gaga "insisted" on being treated like everyone else backstage and had her bleach-blonde hair and make-up done alongside the other models.
The designer had transformed the venue into a circular runway in an all-white stadium to showcase a collection inspired by Japanese musician Keiji Haino and the show was a hit with the celebrity guests in attendance, which included Juliette Lewis, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Natasha Lyonne, Christina Ricci, Kiernan Shipka, Sandra Bernhard, Sofia Coppola, and Zosia Mamet.
Speaking after the show, 'Mad Men' actress Kiernan hailed the presentation as "extraordinary".
She added to The Daily Beast: "[Marc] is a true creative. His stuff is very cool--there's always a thought and a story behind it."
Gaga previously walked in the fall 2011 Thierry Mugler show in Paris, and also starred in the music video Tom Ford produced in place of a runway show for spring 2016.
