The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star may only be 18 years old but she has admitted she's terrified her appearance will alter drastically as she matures over the next decade.
Asked if it crosses her mind what she'll look like in 10 years' time, she told People: "Yes. I'm scared I'll look so different. I hope I'm still cute and I don't change that much."
However, the brunette beauty - who lives in sunny California - is doing all she can to ensure she slows down the ageing process by smothering herself in sun block every day.
The teen entrepreneur - who has built up her cosmetic range 'Lip Kit by Kylie' for over two years - said: "I have really sensitive skin and a lot of freckles, so I can tell every year, I get more freckles on my arms. It's really important."
Meanwhile, Kylie may have no qualms flashing the flesh in seductive selfies splashed across her social networking sites but she has admitted she feels the sexiest when she is bare-faced and fresh out of the shower.
Asked when she feels the sexiest, she explained: "Probably right after I shower. Right after you shower you feel super clean and fresh. That's when I feel the best."
