Kristen Stewart has been named the new face of Chanel make-up.
The 25-year-old actress will front a campaign called Collection Eyes 2016 and has already posed for photographs with acclaimed photographer Mario Testino.
According to the fashion house, Kristen posed "for a series of portraits that incarnate the different facets of a contemporary woman" for the campaign, which will debut in March.
The 'On the Road' actress has previously starred in a short film, 'Once and Forever', which was directed by Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld for the brand's Métiers d'Art fashion show in Rome last December, and also fronted a 2013 campaign for their Métiers d'Art Paris-Dallas collection and advertisements for a 2015 eyewear range.
Karl, 82, has previously spoken of how much he enjoyed working with Kristen on 'Once and Forever', the latest of his films about Coco Chanel.
He said "I think she's one of the greatest actors of her generation. She gives the right emotion and the right intensity immediately so it's very easy to work her."
The outspoken designer, who has previously worked with Keira Knightley and Cara Delevingne on his films, believes his on-screen creations are better than any other biopics released recently.
He explained: "They're all horrible. All my movies about Chanel are better than the biopics, just like the Saint Laurent movies. I could make a better one because I knew it."
