The TV personality has teamed up with Australian brand Jupi to create the 'Stories...By Kelly Osbourne' collection for HSN.com, which will be released on September 25, reports WWD.
The designs will be revealed as 13 ready to wear looks - including a polka dot jumpsuit, a rose-adorned polyester chiffon blouse, a Union Jack-inspired drop-waist dress and a cap-sleeve sheath dress - which will retail from $55 to $170 and have already been requested by singer Ciara and popstar Taylor Swift.
She said of the collection: "I believe that every time you wear something, you have a story of where you wore it, whether it be good or bad.
"My mission is not to be the number-one fashion designer in the world. I'm not trying to change or come up with anything that people haven't already done. I'm just trying to make fashion fair and make good quality basics available to all women."
Kelly, 29 - who is a fashion correspondent for E! and hosts the US series 'Fashion Police' - has seen her dress size fluctuate between a size 0 and 16 and was determined to design a line that was accessible to women of every size.
She explained: "Because I have been everything from a size 0 to pretty much almost a 16, depending on the brand, it made me realize all the tricks I had learned to cover up certain areas or to detract from certain areas, and what I like in clothing.
"It's really unfair that America has this disillusion that the most common size is size 14, and that's only because that's as big as most fashion designers go."
Jupi's founder and chairman, Bruno Schiavi, added: "It's not cost-effective from a manufacturer's point of view, but it was very important for Kelly to have every shape and size."
