Kelly Brook thinks she suffers from body dysmorphia.
The 34-year-old model has revealed she could be suffering from the disorder - which causes anxiety over the certain parts of the body and a distorted view of a one's appearance - as she often thinks she is slimmer than she appears on photos.
The brunette beauty said: "In some paparazzi shots I think, 'God do I really looked like that?' In pictures you look different because people get you from different angles.
"Sometimes I think I've got body dysmorphia but I think I'm a lot thinner than I am rather than the other way around."
However, Kelly - who is engaged to former Gladiator David McIntosh - insists she doesn't worry about what she eats and exercises regularly to maintain her curvaceous figure.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I eat what I want, I exercise fairly regularly but my body goes up and down.
"I just go through my clothes. If they fit me, I'm fine."
Kelly - who recently unveiled her first collection for plus-size clothing label Simply Be - added that she is a big fan of US model Kate Upton and would love to see her modeling the line.
Kelly said: "I love all curvy women like Kate Upton, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez.
"If I hadn't modeled the range myself, I'd have wanted Kate Upton - she's so fabulous."
