Keira Knightley carries her favourite Chanel handbag
Keira Knightley reveals that a Karl Lagerfeld app would be ideal for her, just so she can request the latest Chanel handbag for her collection.
It’s certainly alright for some, isn’t it?
Whilst many ladies will have to scrimp and save to own one of the coveted designer handbags, Keira explains all it takes is a phone call for her to update her collection.
I suppose that’s the benefit of being the face of Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle fragrance.
In an interview with Glamour magazine she said: "I will call Karl, and say, 'A centimetre bigger please'. There should be a phone line, 'Call Karl' or at the very least, an app."
At the moment her favourite handbag is the miniature quilted shoulder bag that was gifted to her from the French fashion house.
She said: "I do get some very good Chanel freebies. This [bag] is my particular favourite right now. It's perfect. Actually it's not perfect because it's not big enough to fit a passport in."
But when it comes to other fashion, she prefers to stick to websites than call the designer themselves – or shop like us normal folk. She said: "The truth is that I've never liked shopping that much.
"I'll do a bit of online shopping at Matches and Net-A-Porter, which is like crack."
However, the brunette beauty steers clear of web marketplace eBay for fear of getting addicted to bargain hunting on the site.
She said: "I've never bought anything on eBay because I feel like that could just start eating into everything."
