Karrueche Tran's diminutive frame means she finds it easy to stay in shape.
The 28-year-old beauty, who is best known as the ex-girlfriend of singer Chris Brown, says simplicity has always been the key to her workout plan and her 5ft 1in-build helps her to stay in good condition.
She said: "Because I'm so small I don't need to work out super hard, I don't want to be a muscle on a stick. I really work on my abs and I'll do crunches and I work on my butt. I do tonnes of squats, jump squats and fire hydrants."
Karrueche explained that she tends to workout at a relatively sedate pace and only does so around three times per week.
She told IBTimesUK: "I try to work out as much as possible. I'd say on average, like, three times a week. I have a small frame so I don't do any intense workouts."
Karrueche combines her workout regime with a healthy diet, which includes drinking "tonnes of water" and staying away from fastfood.
She shared: "It's so hard because it's so easy and convenient. I choose healthier choices when I'm eating. It's not easy, it's hard to eat healthy."
