Kanye West kicked off New York Fashion Week with the launch of his Yeezy Boost trainers for Adidas Originals.
The 'Stronger' hitmaker debuted the line in front of US Vogue editor Anna Wintour, Beyonce, Jay Z, his wife Kim Kardashian West and their 19-month-old daughter North West, with his sister-in-law Kylie Jenner taking centre stage in the show.
The 17-year-old beauty - who was spotted wearing a pair of Yeezy Boost trainers earlier this week - stunned on the catwalk with her raven hair slicked back, sporting Kanye's new collection, which featured oversized camouflage jackets, nude bodysuits and a variety of footwear from elastic-adorned high top trainers to knee high suede boots.
The show - which took place in an industrial space in Manhattan by the Hudson River - opened with a bizarre monologue from the 37-year-old rapper in which he urged people to "follow their dreams".
He said: "I want people to feel like it's OK to create and follow their dreams are and not feel boxed in - I want people to feel that awesome is possible. There's a lack of creativity in every field because people are afraid. As an artist in this room, we can do whatever we want.
"There's a series of, you know, people who like writing negative comments. They want to joke around and say, 'Why is he still trying?' . . . I'm here to crack the pavement and make new grounds, you know, sonically and society, culturally."
Kanye also took the opportunity to debut his new track 'Wolves', which was co-written with 'Chandelier' hitmaker Sia and Chicago rapper Vic Mensa, as the soundtrack to the show.
Other A-list guests in attendance included Big Sean, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Kim's mother Kris Jenner and her sisters, Kendall Jenner and Khloe Kardashian.
