Kaia Gerber is the new face of YSL Beauté.
The 17-year-old model - who is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and drinks entrepreneur Rande Gerber - is delighted to have signed up to front the latest beauty campaign from the French fashion house because she thinks their products are "luxurious and cool".
She said: "To be the new face of YSL Beauté is an opportunity to write a new story full of fun, color and makeup.
"I love the DNA of a brand that is so subversive while being so luxurious and cool!"
Kaia will feature in YSL campaigns for Rouge Volupté Shine, a high-shine lipstick that provides longwear shine and moisture, and the cult favourite highlighting pen, Touché Eclat, and the images will debut in January 2019.
YSL Beauté are delighted to have the "authentic and edgy" star on board as their "muse and ambassador".
Stephan Bezy, International General Manager of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, said: "Kaia is a blossoming talent with a unique sense of style and a stunning beauty.
"The perfect embodiment of her generation's desire for authenticity and edginess, as a muse and ambassador she will convey these values which entirely resonate with what YSL Beauté stands for."
Kaia will be joining a long succession of celebrities including Mad Max actress Zoe Kravitz, 29, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, 39, and 24-year-old singer Halsey, in fronting campaigns for the company.
Last week, Kaia closed YSL's runway show at Paris Fashion Week underneath the Effel Tower and admitted the iconic show had reduced her to tears.
She posted on Instagram: "Closing part one of Saint Laurent last night...you guys never fail to bring tears to my eyes.
"I will always remember walking on water under the Eiffel Tower. My forever family @ysl thank you for creating magic! (sic)"
