Jourdan Dunn thinks male models need "more confidence" on the catwalk.
The 24-year-old beauty - who was recently unveiled as the face of Burberry alongside Naomi Campbell - insists working as woman in the fashion industry can be difficult but believes her male counterparts have a tougher job strutting their stuff on the runway because they can't wear heels.
She said: "It's easier but then they have to bring a little something because when we wear heels we give a bit more of a walk. They have to bring more confidence, more swagger I guess.
"Even if you think you look silly in your outfit you have to be confident and sell it."
Speaking after the Burberry Menswear A/W15 show in London, the raven-haired stunner also confessed to preferring men's clothing.
She told Vogue magazine: "I love menswear and I prefer it to womenswear sometimes. I have a huge collection of sneakers and oversized Ts."
She added of the luxury British label's latest line: "The [Burberry] collection was really beautiful: the colours; I liked the fringe scarves and the leopard print - that was like OK Burberry!"
