Jessica Hart finds it "tough" eating healthy.
The 30-year-old supermodel tries her best to make "healthier" meal choices but she has admitted she struggles to always pick meals she knows are better for her because she "loves" pizzas and burgers, although she believes a diet should be about balance.
Speaking about how she maintains her slender frame to OK! Magazine, the golden-haired beauty said: "I still love pizzas and burgers ... it's just about balancing it.
"It's tough, but you just have to make healthier choices."
And the Australian star finds it a "chore" to drink nutritious smoothies, although she can stomach a simple carrot, beetroot, ginger and apple juice.
She said: "I find them a bit of a chore to drink."
The catwalk icon - who has graced the runway for lingerie giant Victoria's Secret, Sonia Rykiel and Marc Jacobs - has revealed she has had to train harder than ever before to get into shape for her swimwear shoots with the popular beachwear brand Seafolly.
Speaking previously about her latest venture with the company, she said: "I probably have to work harder and eat better than I did when I shot for Seafolly back then."
But Jessica doesn't mind building up a sweat because she is grateful to still be modelling skimpy two pieces at her age.
She explained: "But for anyone to be wanting me to do swimwear at 30, it is something I am really proud of. I feel incredibly blessed, and I am extremely lucky to be so busy."
However, the fashion muse - who was scouted at the age of 15 years old - finds it hard" being "cute and sexy" at every moment.
She said: " I like to just do my thing and go home. I have a hard time being on all the time, being cute and sexy, hamming it up."
