Jayma Mays may have chosen a simple plain colour, but her dress hardly reflected it.
The stunning Reem Acra Fall 2011 gown dazzled in the LA sun.
It was the back that drew my attention though, with the open style and lace panel offering up just the right amount of sexy for the Glee star.
She wore her hair in a simple ponytail, which is right on trend for this coming season, and it helped to not distract from the embellished dress.
Teardrop white stone earrings finished this stunning look.
Even though Jayma's black dress was my favourite at the event, I have to give a mention to Amber Heard who also looked stunning.
The blonde beauty is firmly becoming a favourite of mine on the red carpet and I can't remember a time when she hasn't looked amazing.
The black Zac Posen gown was anything but simple with the cutouts on the shoulder, bust and waist.
She let the dress do all of the talking and kept accessories to a minimum, with a few simple touches from H. Stern.
