Jay Z is getting into the Christmas spirit and is collaborating with Barneys New York on a Christmas campaign.
The campaign, named 'A New York Holiday',will see him team up with numerous designers including Balenciaga, Moncler, Lanvin and Proenza Schouler.
The 43-year-old star - real name, Shawn Carter - told WWD: "With this project, Barneys New York and I were able to take the slickness, energy and innovation of New York City and translate that into quality, timeless pieces."
A number of pop-ups in the store's outposts across America, including in Manhattan, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago, are due to open.
The company is equally excited to have the world-famous rap icon involved in the project.
CEO Mark Lee said: "If you close your eyes and think about who best represents New York and stands for the city, you can't help but think about Shawn Carter."
Jay Z has been vocal about his appreciation of fashion in the past, name-checking his favourite designer Tom Ford in two different songs.
He raps the line, "Tom Ford tuxedoes for no reason", in Justin Timberlake's 'Suit & Tie', and dedicated an entire song to Tom in his new album.
