Guerlain are "honoured" to have Angelina Jolie as the new face of their latest fragrance.
The 41-year-old actress has been announced as the brand ambassador for the prestigious beauty house, which sees her star in the campaign for their perfume Mon Guerlain, and the company have admitted they are delighted to work with the "icon" on their recent product.
The French cosmetics brand announced their excitement about the partnership on Instagram with an image from the commercial, which is a silhouette of the 'Maleficent' star.
They captioned the post: "Guerlain Parfumeur, the French beauty brand since 1828, is honoured to announce that Angelina Jolie is the icon of its new fragrance for women.
#MonGuerlain (sic)."
The brand teased the news of their partnership on Monday (23.01.17), with a note detailing the news of their new representative.
The post read: "Guerlain presents Angelina Jolie the new icon of Guerlain perfumer."
And the picture's caption read: "Stay tuned! #MonGuerlain (sic)."
The company has admitted the new product saw master perfumer, Thiery Wasser, drew inspiration from the "choices, emotions and dreams" that depict "modern femininity" with the new scent.
Speaking about the creation, Jacques Guerlain - who is the brand's creator - said: "We create perfumes for the women we admire. The choices, emotions, and dreams that embody modern femininity."
Meanwhile, Angelina - who has Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with her former partner Brad Pitt - is to donate her entire salary from being the face of Mon Guerlain to either the UN Refugee Agency, which she is a Special Envoy of, or the Preventing Sexual Violence Initiative.
The perfume endorsement is Angelina's first big gig since she was announced the face of the Japanese personal care company Shiseido ten years ago.
