Giles Deacon has put his stylish designs to charitable use to create a shopper bag that will raise money for Sport Relief.
The internationally renowned British designer has collaborated exclusively with Sainsbury's to create two, limited edition, stylish shoppers.
The Giles Deacon bags will go on sale from 15th February 2014 exclusively at Sainsbury’s.
Giles Deacon says: "Sport Relief supports causes dear to my heart and I feel honoured to be involved in this project alongside Sainsbury’s to help raise money for vulnerable people in the UK and around the world."
Best known for his statement, playful designs, Giles Deacon has been inspired by both his current collection and his love of illustrated fashion characters.
Two bold, graphic, reusable, bags have been designed exclusively for Sport Relief with at least £1.50 going to the charity.
James Brown, Head of Clothing at Sainsbury’s says: “We are delighted to have joined forces with Giles Deacon to create this range of stylish bags to support Sport Relief. This year Sainsbury’s is extremely proud to have been a partner of Sport Relief since 2006."
The bags will be available in stores nationwide and online from 15th February 2014 exclusively through Sainsbury’s, retailing at £6 a bag with at least £1.50 going to Sport Relief.
