Erin Heatherton has learned "never to doubt" herself since working for Victoria's Secret.
The model - who is one of the brand's Angels, their top models - credits the lingerie company with giving her opportunities like no other as well as confidence on the catwalk.
She told Vogue magazine: "My favourite thing about being an Angel is having the opportunity to play with my femininity - it's a kind of creativity I never tapped into growing up.
"I love to learn and Victoria's Secret has given me more opportunities than I ever thought possible. I like doing things that scare me - I've learned never to doubt myself."
Erin - who was previously in a relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio - says she thinks the global brand's popularity comes from the fact they have such a personal way of marketing.
Erin added: "I think the brand's success comes from embracing the personality of each girl and using that to create a real brand spokesmodel. Customers and fans are able to be a part of the experience with us - watching our careers grow and learning more about us."
Fellow Angel Behati Prinsloo - who recently got engaged to Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine - said she doesn't think about all the attention which is lavished on her because of her status.
She explained: "I don't really think about it. I always try to be myself and be a role model. It's not something I obsess about."
