Emma Roberts is loving her new blonde locks and thinks it's just perfect for the hot summer months.
Emma recently switched up her look by adding extensions and dying her hair blonde, which she feels is a better suited to the summer months.
The 22-year-old actress explained: "I just love having long blonde hair again. It's actually a fun change. I feel like with blonde hair, you can get away with going lighter on the makeup, which is so nice to do in all this humidity.
"And I can tie it back and do messy knots and all of those fun hairstyles for summer, which are harder with shorter hair."
The 'American Horror Story' star - who is the face of Neutrogena skincare - prefers a natural look when it comes to make-up, especially in the hot and humid weather of New Orleans, where she spent months filming her new comedy 'We're The Millers'.
Emma said: "Luckily ... I like keeping it natural, or I would be in trouble in this crazy heat. For me, anything that makes it look like you don't have makeup on [is ideal]. I like the MoistureSmooth Color Sticks in peachy or pinky tones, then just mascara and I'm good to go."
The actress also swears by a few lesser-known beauty secrets and likes to rummage through her kitchen cupboards to find some unusual home remedies.
She revealed: "Apple cider vinegar is great at removing any [product] build-up. I also love putting almond oil on my skin as it traps in moisture after showering."
