Emilia Clarke felt like a "damn KWEEN (sic)" with her Emmys make-up on.
The 31-year-old actress has praised the team who created her red carpet look for the Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday (17.09.18), and joked that the look wouldn't last long.
The 'Game of Thrones' star posted a picture on Instagram showing her full dark eyebrows, which contrasted with her slicked-back bleach blonde hair, her glowing highlighted complexion, baby pink lips and a subtle smokey eye.
She wrote: "It's that time of year folks... need to drop this shameless selfie to give thanks to the village/town/entire continent it takes to make me feel like a damn KWEEN on the red carpet @georgialouisesk @jennychohair @kateleemakeup @petraflannery these be my PEOPLE.
Tomorrow morning I will look like a spade found my face en route to the bush my hair ended up in. #emmys2018 #onceuponaredcarpet "(sic)
The 'Me Before You' star dazzled at the glitzy ceremony wearing a sheer black dress which showed off her floral embellished skirt and top by Dior Haute Couture.
The blonde beauty paired the ensemble with green dangly earrings and wore her hair in a neat bun.
The actress had plenty to celebrate on the night as her and her co-star's scooped the prestigious Outstanding Comedy Series gong for ' The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' - beating the likes of 'Atlanta', 'Barry', 'Black-ish', 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', 'GLOW', 'Silicon Valley' and 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt'.
There were also wins for stars Rachel Brosnahan and Alex Borstein in the Leading and Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series categories.
Veep's hiatus meant Julia Louis-Dreyfus' six-year winning streak came to an end when Rachel took the Leading Actress honour, and the 27-year-old star paid tribute to creators Dan Palladino and Amy Sherman-Palladino as she picked up her prize.
