Elle Macpherson doesn't feel like "one of the most desirable women on the planet".
The 50-year-old supermodel - nicknamed 'The Body' - has confessed she doesn't wake up feeling beautiful but credits her zest for life for helping her get out of bed and feel good about herself.
She told the Metro newspaper: "I don't wake up and think I'm one of the most desirable women on the planet.
"But I do jump out of bed and greet the day with enthusiasm. My body feels good. My spirit feels good and I'm happy to be alive."
The blonde beauty - who has two teenage sons with her ex-husband Arpad Busson - juggles running her wellness website Welleco with her lingerie and beauty ranges and still makes time in her busy schedule for exercising.
Aussie-born Elle steers clear of boring machine-based workouts and prefers playing sports to keep slim as she enjoys being outside and learning new skills.
When asked how she finds time to keep fit, Elle said: "I schedule it in. Just like a meeting. I believe in the power of sport, not exercise, for staying healthy.
"If we combine physical exercise with the enjoyment of learning a new skill, it does the body and spirit so much good.
"In Australia I was brought up to use the outdoor space as a playground and now that's part of my DNA."
