David Beckham has managed to bring some sadness to our lives today, as he won't be appearing in any more underwear adverts.
He says he doesn't want to embarrass his kids - but what about disappointing millions of women?
The footballer-turned-model has posed in his pants for Armani and H&M, but at the age of 39, Beckham has suggested he will not get his kit off again.
David explained: "I'm getting older now, I'm not too sure many people want to see me parading around in my underwear much longer.
"My body is still OK but it's only a matter of time before people are like, 'Really? Again?'.
"I'm 39 years old, I've got four kids, I'm not sure people are comfortable with that anymore."
David, who has more than 30 tattoos, says that despite his rugged good looks, he struggles to appear masculine in front of the camera.
He told Another Man Magazine: "I might have tattoos and things like that but getting a masculine shot out of me isn't always easy."
The former England captain added: "It's totally nerve-wracking. Not wearing clothes is one way to be really self-conscious."
Meanwhile, David's wife Victoria Beckham opened her first store in London earlier today (25.09.14), describing it as her "second home".
Victoria, 40, teamed-up with architect Farshid Moussavi to design the impressive-looking space, which is intended to be "warm and welcoming" to all.
