Daisy Lowe is just liek any other girl and suffers from her own insecurities but she admits she is finally comfortable in her own skin.
The 25-year-old model admits it has taken her a decade in the fashion industry to embrace her figure and become body-confident because she is constantly surrounded by stick-thin girls.
She said: "If you stand me next to a normal model I look like an elephant, and that's alright. It's taken me 10 years to say, 'I'm actually comfortable in my shape and I'm proud of being a woman and my feminine form.' It's tough - but I'm still only a size eight!
"I always say to my friends when they're worrying about their weight and pulling at their bodies, 'If I didn't do what I do for a living, I'd love to be a size 12 or 14 and have that curvy body with those amazing t*ts and that great a**e.' "
Daisy is releasing her first cookery book on July 3, 'Sweetness & Light', a guide to whipping up low-calorie, gluten-free sweet treats in the kitchen.
The British beauty told the London Evening Standard newspaper: "I've always loved cooking and I've always been a big eater. I've got the sweetest tooth ever - I love sugar.
"So I thought, 'Right, I'm going to do this without making myself feel sad and depriving myself of that treat.' "
