Daisy Lowe feels like an "elephant" alongside other models.
The 27-year-old brunette beauty - who was signed to Select modelling agency at the age of 15, but began posing in photo shoots at just two years old - is only a petite UK size 8 (US size 4) but because she is surrounded by "thin" stars, who don't have her enviable curves, she feels like she's plus-sized.
She said: "I'm still a size eight but I look like an elephant when you stick me next to all the other girls.
"I know that it sounds messed up but because they are so thin they look like clothes hangers."
The sexy star - whose parents are Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale and Pearl Lowe - is determined not to "conform" to the industry stereotype and embark on any weight loss regimes, but intends to work with her natural curvaceous figure.
Daisy - who has fronted campaigns for luxury fashion houses Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton and DKNY - explained: "I didn't want to conform because of how I'm built. I had to figure out a way to work with my shape so I could really champion being a powerful woman."
Daisy - who is currently the face and body of Triumph lingerie - has previously admitted she isn't a naturally confident person and she has to "play a character" in order to do her job and deal with the other aspects of fame.
Daisy - who is dating Thomas Cohen, the widower of her late friend Peaches Geldof - stated: "I'm actually quite shy. I have to play a character to feel confident on the red carpet.
"The biggest misconception about me is that I think I'm really sexy or something. That's just not who I am in my day-to-day life."
