Christy Turlington isn't comfortable in lingerie anymore.
The former supermodel - who is best known as representing Calvin Klein from 1987 to 2007 - says her days of raunchy underwear shoots are behind her and she no longer feels as body-confident as she did when she was at the height of her career.
She told Harper's Bazaar magazine: "You know, I'm 44 years old, I'm not 14. I'm healthy, I haven't done anything to myself, I exercise. But I'm not entirely comfortable with myself in underwear either!
"Well, I did tell Calvin, with Eternity [fragrance], 'If you name something that and you put me on it, what the hell do you expect?'"
Despite quitting the catwalk to pursue other projects, the brunette beauty enjoys the occasional shoot and says she appreciates modelling work all the more now.
Christy said: "Now I feel like it's a treat again because I do it so seldom. I can appreciate it in a new way."
The star also discussed her old friend and fellow supermodel Kate Moss' recent comment about her wearing an old-fashioned looking twinset.
Christy laughed: "Oh, I thought it was funny! Kate's one of the funniest people I know. And it's true -I've never been afraid of a twinset.
"I think she's talking about when we went to South Africa for this Nelson Mandela charity fashion show. Excuse me, what are you gonna wear, Versace?"
