Carrie Underwood is proud to be the new face of Almay.
The country music singer and self-confessed "make-up junkie" has been unveiled as the cosmetics giant's latest brand ambassador, joining fellow blonde bombshell Kate Hudson in the role.
She told PEOPLE magazine: "I believe that every woman is amazing and unique in her own way. So to me, the role of a make-up brand should be to inspire and help women enhance themselves and have fun with make-up, not transform them into something they're not."
Down-to-earth 'American Idol' alumni Carrie is the perfect fit for Almay and shows off her natural beauty in the ads in dewy pink make-up, which see her cosying up on a sofa in a peach jumper and white jeans.
Julia Goldin, the global chief marketing officer of Revlon, Inc., said in a statement: "Carrie embraces Almay's approach to beauty and products. Despite her enormous success, she is still a real girl from Oklahoma at the core and a self-professed make-up junkie who likes to try out new make-up looks in her spare time said in a statement.
"Almay makes it easy to play with make-up and helps women look their most beautiful, which is why we could not be more excited for her to join the brand."
