Caroline Winberg says professionalism is the most important quality for a model.
The supermodel - who is the host of 'Sweden's Next Top Model' and will be one of the three mentors on 'The Face' UK alongside Naomi Cambell and Erin O'Connor this autumn - believes today's crop of young models like Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn will last in the industry as long as they follow the cardinal rule of modelling - being respectful at all times.
The 28-year-old blonde exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I think it's important to always keep professional and surround yourself with good people, work hard and be nice to everyone. I thought I was probably going to work as a model for a year.
"Then I've seen that people who used to be the assistants of the assistants are now maybe the main photographer. I think it's important to treat everyone with respect. Everyone is there to do their job and you can't forget that."
The statuesque star spends her spare time experimenting with extreme sports and claims her outdoorsy lifestyle means she doesn't have to watch her weight.
Caroline explained: "I play a lot of sports. I played football for twelve years, I like tennis, I surf, I snowboard, I ski. I always like to do an activity. Since I was a kid I've been doing loads of sport.
"That keeps me going because I'm not the kind of person who doesn't like going to the gym. I really enjoy it. It makes you able to eat whatever you want - and I don't like to be on a diet because it makes me really grumpy!"
The Swedish beauty also favours a natural look when it comes to her make-up and believes a fresh face is far more flattering when it comes to make-up.
Quizzed about her best beauty tip, Caroline quipped: "I think to keep it simple. Especially when you go around the world and see girls who have a more natural kind of look. You can always enhance your natural beauty, you learn what works for your face because crazy make-up doesn't really suit anyone."
'The Face' is broadcast on Sky Living HD this autumn.
