Caroline Flack believes healthy skin is not "exclusive".
The 37-year-old television presenter has joined forces with Cetaphil to launch their new Healthy Skin Secrets campaign, which will see participants reveal their top tips for maintaining a flawless complexion in a bid to win the competition and bag a luxury spa break for two at the Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa in London.
And the brunette beauty is "really excited" to have partnered with the brand.
Speaking about her latest venture, she said: "I'm really excited to have teamed up with Cetaphil to launch this brand new competition."
The 'Love lsland' host - who has returned to present the reality show again this year - believes there are a lot of "easy ways" people can achieve "glowing skin", including a good night sleep, exercising or a simple skincare regime.
Speaking about her tricks to getting enviably-looking skin, she said: "For me, healthy, glowing skin isn't exclusive - there are many easy ways you can achieve your best skin - it can be as easy as getting more sleep, finding a workout you love and investing a bit of time each day in a simple skincare routine."
As part of Caroline's partnership with Cetaphil she will continue to reveal her top tips every week from now until July 7, to encourage other people to come forward about their own regime.
The competition will run from 5 June to 7 July, and entrants should be over 18 and live within the United Kingdom. All entrants will also receive a voucher for £3 off Cetaphil from Boots and Superdrug. For full terms and conditions, visit www.healthyskinsecrets.co.uk.
