While most celebrities opt to borrow a designer gown, Bryce revealed that she went out and paid for her own Jenny Packham gown to wear to the awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday (10.01.16) because she wanted more options.
She told E! News: "I'm wearing Jenny Packham. I just picked it up this week. I like having lots of options for a size six as opposed to one option. I always go to different department stores. You know how it is!"
'Jurassic World' star Bryce isn't the only actress who sometimes opts to buy her own awards show dress rather than relying on what is sent to her by fashion labels.
Amy Schumer's stylist Leesa Evans recently revealed that her client often chooses to pay for outfits she loves when she is not happy with those offered to her.
She told the New York Times: "A lot of the time, the loaner option isn't what she likes best, so she isn't going to settle on that.
"We make decisions in a simple way. We don't talk about what's current season or next season. We don't even care. We just choose the dress she looks and feels the best in."
