The 'Jurassic World' actress wowed in a plunging Balmain gown for the ceremony at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on Sunday (17.01.16), and revealed that she purchased her own outfit because she wanted more options.
She explained: "I got it from a store called Forward by Elyse Walker.
"I've alluded to this a little bit before, but when you're not a sample size or if you don't have a direct relationship with a designer or if you don't have a lot of notice - those size six dresses aren't available. "What I've found is, if something is last minute, I go to the department store or I get something online...
And joking about the daring gown which plunged low in the front, she quipped: "I'm really taped and I'm touching my breasts a lot, making sure that the tape is still sticking. I hope it's not awkward for anyone."
This is not Bryce's first time buying off the rack for an event, and last week she paid for her own Jenny Packham gown to wear to the Golden Globes.
She explained: "I'm wearing Jenny Packham. I just picked it up this week. I like having lots of options for a size six as opposed to one option. I always go to different department stores. You know how it is!"
