Blake Lively attends the Gucci show
Blake Lively may have a love for fashion, but like the rest of us she knows how quickly the industry moves.
The actress insists that she was convinced she was going to be seeing an autumn show when she attended the Gucci spring/summer 2014 show in Milan Fashion Week.
She told Vogue: "It was actually really funning leading up to it because I was saying: 'I wonder what the collection is like, I wonder if it will be bright, or dar' and some said: Well it might be bright because it's spring,' and I said: 'No it's fall,' and they said: 'It's spring! And of course they're not showing fall collections in the fall!' she told us.
"It's funny, as involved as I am in fashion and much a part of my life as it is, I still though: 'Oh!'"
Blake was sat front row with Anna Wintour at the show, as she's the Italian fashion house's Premiere fragrance.
And now that she's finished filming Gossip Girl she has more of a chance to catch the fashion shows.
Her favourite are the couture shows though, and it's no suprise when the dresses are as intricate and beautiful as they are.
"I really like going to couture shows - the clothes are all beaded and embroidered and there are details that are alive in couture that just don't translate in photos."
