The 18-year-old actress has admitted she is fascinated by the clothes stars adorn at star studded events, and has previously forced her boyfriend Gregg Sulkin, 24, to record the Oscars so she can catch a glimpse of "every little piece" of jewellery worn. Speaking to Galore Magazine online, the red-haired beauty said: "I really like to know what people are wearing.
"But totally, I do want to know what they're wearing.
"When I watch The Oscars, my boyfriend and I have an Oscar party, and they're like, 'Okay, we need to record the first part since everyone won't be here till later.' And he's like, 'Why do you need to see the carpet? You do that all the time.' And I'm like, 'OMG b***h, I'm not on the Oscars carpet!'
"I felt so weird and like a crazy, young girl-fan who really just wanted to [see the] actors and see every little piece of jewellery they're wearing."
However, the Disney star - who played the role of the dancer CeCe Jones on the television series 'Shake It Up' - believes her curiosity is normal and just the same as every other person.
She explained: "I watched it and I enjoyed it. I guess ask more. Of course everybody wants to hear about [the clothes]."
Meanwhile, Bella - who was announced as the face of the skincare brand Neutrogena in 2014 - used to cry over her acne problem "every night".
Speaking previously about her beauty battle with dermatitis, the 'Duff' star said: "I cried every night for months.
"It sounds silly to say that I cared so much about my face, but when you're a young girl, it takes a toll on your self-esteem. It's unbelievable how people looked at me differently because I had pimples. I'm still self-conscious about it."
