Bella Hadid didn't "really" dye her hair to distinguish herself from her sister Gigi Hadid.
The 19-year-old model - who was born with blonde hair like her 20 year old sibling, but has since opted for a darker shade - has admitted she didn't change her appearance to make a clear distinction between her and Gigi, but has always been experimental with her tresses since she was a teenager.
She told Glamour magazine: "Well, I didn't really dye my hair to separate myself from Gigi. I started dyeing my hair when I was 14. I dyed it black and blue, I wore eyeliner--I was a punk kid."
And the brunette beauty has admitted she is contemplating opting to revert back to her lighter hair colour.
She teased: "I might want to go blond eventually!"
Meanwhile, Bella - who signed to IMG Models in 2014 and has graced the runway for designer labels Givenchy, Chanel and Balmain since - has revealed she doesn't think she is "famous", and relies on her close friends to keep her grounded.
She explained: "I don't walk down the street like, "I'm famous." It's still weird to me when people ask for pictures. My close friends from high school keep me grounded--they don't care about what I do. I'm still the same person I was, and I try hard not to change."
And Bella - who is currently dating rapper The Weeknd, whose real name is Abęl Tesfaye - has revealed she thinks of her beau prior to gracing the catwalk.
She explained: "You have to have emotion in your eyes; you don't want to look dead. I listen to music. I think about my boyfriend.2
And Gigi has no intention of quitting the fashion industry any time soon.
She said: "I want to keep modelling. I want to give back to the world. In five years I would love to be just really happy."
