Ashley Graham believes her "cellulite" has changed people's lives.
The 28-year-old model - who is best known for starring in fashion campaigns for the plus-size clothing label Lane Bryant - has admitted the dimples in her body have made a positive effect on "someone's life".
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine about her career, she said: "I love what I do and I love where I am going. I love how the world is changing right before my eyes. I like to say my cellulite is changing someone's life out there."
And the brunette beauty believes the fashion industry is embracing "curvy women" as creative directors for designer labels and fashion houses are beginning to create collections to suit different curvaceous body shapes, and she is now able to name more plus-sized models who inspire her.
She explained: "I think for so long, fashion hasn't coincided with curvy women of the world, but now they [designers] are. And I think in the last two years you've been able to see it more than ever. You've seen curvy women on the covers of magazines, and commercials, and movies. And I was never able to say the names of five curvy women I could look up to, and now I can.
"Marquita Pring, Precious Lee, Eva Kay, Georgia Pratt, Sabina [Karlsson], Tara Lynn. Any girl that was in my lingerie runway show, they have to know about. I put my friends in, but I also put some new girls in there as well."
Meanwhile Ashley believes she will maintain a long stable career at the helm of the fashion industry as long as she "budgets constantly".
She said: "It's so important to be on a budget constantly. It doesn't mean you're broke, it doesn't mean you have things that you want, you just budget differently."
