Valentino, a fan of the tan!
Valentino has been dishing out the fashion advice on the Oprah Winfrey show and what did he have to say? "Not too much. Don't do too much." Interesting choice of words from a man who seems happy to apply a liberal amount of fake tan!
He added: "Try to have a nice pair of shoes, a nice bag, a beautiful blouse, a nice cut pair of trousers."
It wasn't just the ladies though, the designer also had advice for fashion following men saying: "A gentleman never wears a white shirt before six in the evening."
Oh and we'll add that Valentino was on the receiving end of some tips as well. In a clip from a documentary on him, Valentino's business partner and ex-boyfriend Giancarlo Giammetti is seen telling him that he has overdone the fake tan!
Valentino asks him how he was and Giancarlo replies: "You look a little too tan. A little less won't hurt."
