Tommy Hilfiger USA Inc. is to open a freestanding store in Miami today.
The brand is continuing to expand their Miami portfolio, with the South Beach store marking the second boutique to be opened in the area this year.
"Florida for over 20 years has been one of my best markets," Hilfiger told WWD. "We felt having a great location on Collins Avenue in South Beach would be good for the brand."
"It was designed to become more indigenous to the area- carefree, easy, eclectic, casually chic."
This latest news of expansion, comes as Gucci revealed their plans to expand across Europe and Louis Vuitton's news that they were scrapping plans for a Tokyo flagship store, due to falling demand for luxury goods.
