Who would have thought that one dress could cause so much fuss in a fashion week. A dress that has the power to crash a popular highstreet store's website, a dress that can rocket it's price tag to more than a three times its original worth...It can only be the Reiss Shola (Kate Middleton) dress. The £175 highstreet dress made a name for itself last week when the Duchess of Cambridge wowed fashion lovers everywhere with her blend of class, simplistic style and approach to affordable living. Since then however, those desperate to get the Kate look trawled the internet and crashed the Reiss website. The same dress is now appearing on Ebay for around £600. We say; if you've got it, great! If not, don't worry - no need to drop £600 for a copy cat look. Something tells me our highstreet loving Kate will be spotted in something as equally trendy and affordable sometime soon.
