Mary Portas launches ranges for the mature fashionista
Highstreet herorine Mary Portas is a busy woman. Not only is she single handedly on a mission to change the face of boutiques and shops all over the country, but she has announced a whole host of fashion collaborations.
Her partnerships include a limited edition line with lingerie brand Playtex, Charnos Hosiery for a collection of legwear, Clarks footwear and British bag label Radley.
The collection of leg wear with Charnos Hosiery is meant to inspire 40+ year-old women to experiment with hosiery in a confident way with choices and selections that are age appropriate.
The line intends to make women feel empowered and sexy with pieces that take into account some of the lumps and bumps we would all rather cover up.
All the collaborations are set to be revealed at House of Fraser and online today and is nicely timed with the launch of Mary's concept store within the Oxford Street branch of the department store.
The theme throughout her fashion pieces and accessories concentrates on the more mature fashionista wanting to keep in style with a touch of class.
