The Independent reports that one day Marc's business partner Robert Duffy spotted a ‘very beautiful, very cool' girl peeking through the window looking at the clothes. He ran outside and offered the girl a job on the spot.
He managed to persuade the girl to leave her current job with two magic words - staff discount.
