The singer opened the store to let in the queues of eager shoppers, some of whom had spent the night waiting outside the Knightsbridge store.
Pregnant Lily showed no signs of a bump as she posed for photos with owner Mohanmed Al Fayed just before 9am.
"I'd like to thank Mr Al Fayed for giving me the opportunity to open this most famous store.â She told the waiting crowds.
âUnfortunately I did come in earlier for a bit of a preview so there's not much left."
The Harrods sale is famous around the world for it's great discounts of up to 75 per cent on designer and luxury goods including hadbags and shoes by all the top names.
